1. Commercial Software Development Experience in Java, at least 3 years
2. Understanding of MVC design patterns (Spring Core, MVC and Hibernate)
3. Front-end development including jQuery
4. Understanding of Ajax
5. Good levels of communication. Both written and verbal
6. Enthusiasm and an interest in all things technology
Selection Criteria
1. Technical Test (Programming Exercise)
2. Aptitude Test
Salary: Commensurate with experience
