Job Description

1.       Department – Accounts & Finance

2.       Designation- Sr. Executive

3.       Location – Noida

4.       Salary – 2.8 lacs ctc p.a

5.       Male candidate only.

6.       Exp- Minimum 2-3 years exp. in industry (preferable service industry) or Commerce graduate with 5 to 6 years exp. in industry (preferable service industry)

7.       Desire Qualities required:-

·        Should have good knowledge of Accounting Standards.

·        Should be best at excel & tally ERP 9.

·        Capable of handling accounts independently.

·        Good knowledge of service tax.

·        Should have knowledge of Bank reconciliation.  

8.       Roles & Responsibilities:-

 Accounts

• Finalization of accounts, Balance sheet, & P/L a/c: monthly, quarterly, annual

• Supervision of Bank reconciliation

• Coordination with the auditors with respect to audit

• Day to day accounting.

• Salary payouts

• Supervision and implementation of EOD processes of branches in BR.Net

• Taxation

• Income tax

• Service tax

• Submission of TDS and service tax returns.

• Secretarial practice

• Annual return

• Submission of various forms to ROC

• RBI compliance

• Projection

• Preparation of Projection report

• Communication with Banks

• Planning and Budgeting and Costing

• Preparation of annual plan

• Monitoring of plan with actual

 Statutory Compliances, Tax and Audits
