Job Description : • Market Research and business development for Retail Selling of Ready Mix Concrete (RMC), Market research to find out the forthcoming and current projects (Individual Houses, buildings, etc.).
• Promote the company's product in the Retail market by organizing product awareness through meeting the key influencers like Architects & Structural Engineers, Contractors.
• developing & materializing business relationship by converting leads into sales.
• Responsible for increasing retail sales.
• Constant coordination with Quality Control dept. of the company for product improvement and customer support.
• Consumer behavior Study & business development.
