Marketing Executive:
Ø Direct sales Business to consumer sales.
Ø Self lead generation through cold calling.
Ø Canopy sales, Reference sale etc.
Ø 0-2 Years experience on Direct Sale.
Ø Graduate or M.B.A sales and marketing.
Ø Experience preferably in Business to Consumer Sales.
Ø Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ø Salary 1.00 – 2.00 per anum (negotiable according to Skill and Experience)
Ø Incentives and Rewards based on Performance matrix.
Terms & Conditions -:
· The Target for the first 30 days (first Month) shall be 25 sales to justify the monthly emolument.
· The Target for the Next 30 days (completion of 2 months) shall be 50 sales to justify the monthly emolument and the reimbursements.
· The Target for the Next 30 days (completion of 3 months) shall be 80 sales.
· Completion of 100% target has to be done to justify applicable incentives, however for salary justification 60% of the target has to be completed for salary justification.
· If 60% targets is not achieved then Rs.200 per sale will be deducted from salary. However for any month if the target of 15 sales is not achieved the Salary payout will be @ Rs 150 per sale.
· However 40 sales are required to be entitled for the applicable reimbursements.

v If a Marketing Executive completes 500 sales within time of continuous 10 month, she/he will be promoted as a Team Leader & 20% Increment in the basic salary or salary of T.L scale, whichever is lower.
