Control overall operations of the RMC plant (Production, Maintenance & Commercial)
• Preparation and presentation of monthly and annual budget plan for efficient operation of the plant, and regularly monitoring the progress whether the actions plans are as per the plans scheduled.
• Planning and scheduling of Monthly/Daily production plan with marketing department.
• Proper planning for optimum utilization of resources viz. transit mixers and pumps, and strictly adheres to the time schedule for timely delivery of concrete.
• To implement the safety norms in plant.
• Solving Quality problems.
• To submit the record of optimum manpower requirement per shift basis.
• Shall be responsible to submit the stock report at the end of every month.
• Shall be responsible for daily consumption of diesel and raw materials and average set up of TRANSIT MIXERS per KM
• Having good knowledge of the functioning of equipments and batching plant and shall be responsible for the servicing of all the mechanical equipments at RMC plant.
• Shall maintain the good relationship with Co –workers.
