| Job Description | 1. To liaise with Municipal
authorities / Corporations / Planning and Revenue authorities / All
government / semi-government and Local bodies 2. To prepare, submit and obtain all kinds of approvals for all the projects assigned. 3. To gather relevant up to date information / policy circulars and Notifications and studying the proposal in the light of the Prevailing Policies. 4. On site and off site co-ordination with architects, Vendors, other departments like legal as may be necessary for obtaining approvals. 5. To get the demarcation of reservations and to check open spaces. 6. To carry out other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time. 7. To prepare MIS report on month to month basis.
