Job Description
Lead role in shaping global workforce planning processes that include:
- Lead efforts to identify business requirements and processes for a global workforce planning
and Facility Management IT solution
- Rollout of an workforce planning solution covering Voice and Non Voice processes across
locations, which will assist in forecasting, scheduling, budgeting and recruiting
- Work with Business Unit and identify staffing requirements for new processes/business
- Create framework for designing time & motion analysis, and assist Business Units in
performing these analysis
- Create efficiency metrics for measuring workforce management and benchmark with industry
practice
- Prepare and present executive presentations using data and analytics on Workforce
Management to executives.
Salary Bracket : 12 Lacks
