Job Description:

• New business development through  cold calls, networking and accordingly fix meetings with potent clients
• Brand Building Strategies
• Identification and segregation of potential Market Segments and guiding the team on the same
• Revenue generation through new account development and key account management
• Handling team of 4-5 people
• Responsible for achieving sales target and increasing profit
• Defining the exact marketing processes and responsible for executing the same

• Developing relevant business proposals and Prepare pitch presentations
• Handling meeting with key client and understand their requirement and accordingly provide them with suitable options
• Identify, innovate and execute business ideas to improve service delivery and improve client retention ratio of the company
• Be in constant touch with the client before, during and after the event

• Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc.
• Enhance organizational effectiveness through setting up appropriate marketing strategies
• Consistent follow-through and resourcefulness, in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives
• Responsible for making the branch into a individual profit centre
• Handling the branch and take initiatives for branch development
• Handling Manpower planning for the branch
• Maintaining relationship with client for repeat business
• Having strong communication skills and industry knowledge
