Job Description :
* Head of production at a condom manufacturing unit capacity 0.5 Mil Pieces Per day.
* Coordinate all production activities of the site, in conjunction with respective managers at Unit.
Key responsibilities :
* Ensure uninterrupted production.
* Monitor stock levels of critical materials to ensure timely ordering and to prevent stock out situations.
* Timely Purchase Requisition for all raw material, engineering items and Capex items.
* Quality Approval for RM / Spare Parts.
* Quality Control for FP condoms and reduce rejections.
* Proper planning & dispatch of FG to ensure all permits met.
* Inventory control as per norms so as to keep WC in control and avoid material write-offs.
* Best practice implementation and networking with other industry professionals.
* Monitor stock level as per norms, Analyze variance for corrective action.

Eligibility :
B. Sc. / Diploma / Engineering / Management Graduate, Qualification in Latex Technology will be an added advantage, 5-15 year experience in production of condoms / latex items or allied products.
