Finance & Accounts Manager: Job profile and Description The Manager would be required to help the top management make careful considerations of all aspects in business before making a business decision. The Manager would also be required to advise the top management about the importance of budgetary planning and financial implications of the business decisions that they make. The role also involves collecting and operating accounts alongwith strategic analysis. Control overall operations of the RMC plant (Production, Maintenance & Commercial)

• Preparation and presentation of monthly and annual budget plan for efficient operation of the plant, and regularly monitoring the progress whether the actions plans are as per the plans scheduled.

• Planning and scheduling of Monthly/Daily production plan with marketing department.

• Proper planning for optimum utilization of resources viz. transit mixers and pumps, and strictly adheres to the time schedule for timely delivery of concrete.

• To implement the safety norms in plant.

• Solving Quality problems.

• To submit the record of optimum manpower requirement per shift basis. 

• Shall be responsible to submit the stock report at the end of every month.

• Shall be responsible for daily consumption of diesel and raw materials and average set up of TRANSIT MIXERS per KM 

• Having good knowledge of the functioning of equipments and batching plant and shall be responsible for the servicing of all the mechanical equipments at RMC plant.

• Shall maintain the good relationship with Co –workers.
