Head of production at a condom manufacturing unit capacity 0.5 Mil Pieces Per day. Coordinate all production activities of the site, in conjunction with respective managers at Unit.
Key responsibilities :
- Ensure uninterrupted production.
- Monitor stock levels of critical materials to ensure timely ordering and to prevent stock out situations.
- Timely Purchase Requisition for all raw material, engineering items and Capex items.
- Quality Approval for RM / Spare Parts.
- Quality Control for FP condoms and reduce rejections.
- Proper planning & dispatch of FG to ensure all permits met.
- Inventory control as per norms so as to keep WC in control and avoid material write-offs.
- Best practice implementation and networking with other industry professionals.
- Monitor stock level as per norms, Analyze variance for corrective action.
