Job Description
 Able to understand client’s requirement, drafting project estimation and proposals.
 Pre-Sales and Post-Sales activities (For SEO & Website design and development services).
 Relevant exposure in International Business development, selling Web based Services / Solutions through online Web Portals like ELance, ODesk, Guru, Vworker, GAF and Freelancer.
 Provide sales support for company’s web based products through Live Chat/Mail to customers.
 Act as a coordinator between client and the operational teams.
 Preparing Scope of Project (SOP) for submitting proposals.
 Check the status of ongoing projects with the technical team and deliver the finished jobs.
 Generating revenue for the Company.
 Responsible for getting new leads / requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
 Working closely with the Marketing team to finalize the strategy for sales.
 Target based sales and revenue generation.
 Presentations, pre-sales costing and negotiations.
 Single point of contact for the complete sales cycle for the customer and partners.
 Post sales relationship management with the customer
 Working closely with the product team to give them feedback from the market and future requirements in the products.
 Maintaining knowledge base of the industry
Desired Candidate Profile:
 Relevant experience.
 Experience into international market for IT sales (SEO & Web design and development).
 Experience in dynamic and evolving E-commerce domain.
 Should have good knowledge of technical project estimation based on different technologies.
 Excellent verbal & written communications skills.
 Well conversant in English to work effectively in overseas projects.
 Experienced in working with different bidding site as Elance, ODesk and Guru Etc.
 Ability to identify qualified, prospective clients and develop loyal customer relationships via telephone within an assigned international market.
 Excellent skills in account management-prospecting, probing, lead generation, cold calling and closing. Business-to-Business lead generation and sales prospecting.
 Preparing proposals and Scope of Work
 Negotiating and closing deals
 Achieve revenue targets, building and strengthening relationship with clients.
Professional Skills & Qualifications
 2-5 years experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Website design and development sales and support experience.
 Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
 Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tool
 Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, etc)
 Any Graduate, Post-Graduate MCA/ MSC Degree preferred but not mandatory.
