Job Description:	·         Prospect, approach and service individual/corporate clients for residential/commercial real estate services including primary and resale transactions ·         Lead generation, prospecting, sales, client servicing and post sales customer relationship management Assist seniors in developing, managing and fostering strong relationships with developers and business associates Ensure extremely high levels of service and integrity in all dealings with the customer's interest being foremost Daily and periodic reporting of all sales efforts to designated supervisors Gain and maintain knowledge of the latest real estate developments in the defined geography Foster harmony and teamwork among colleagues; share knowledge & experiences for collective growth

Senior Manager - Gurgaon
Job Description:	·         Lead and manage a sales team to ensure high productivity in sales of residential/commercial properties in Gurgaon ·         Develop, maintain and manage relationships with builders and business partners Develop and manage client portfolio of HNIs and Investors for their real estate needs Generate and maintain sales/productivity MIS for reporting and records Ensure extremely high levels of service and integrity in all dealings with the customer's interest being foremost and ensure the team maintains the same Work in close coordination with the senior management to devise future strategy and expansion plans Daily and periodic reporting of all sales/relationship management efforts to designated supervisors Design/execute marketing and lead generation initiatives from time to time Gain and maintain knowledge of the latest real estate developments in the defined geography Foster harmony and teamwork among colleagues; share knowledge & experiences for collective growth
