Job Description

Team handling
To achieve sales targets
Interaction with Client and Program manager.
Maintain Daily Sales Report (DSR)
Motivating Team Members

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate Must have Telecom Background.
Candidate Must have atleast four year experience as a team leader in Telecom Sector.
Candidate must be a graduate.
Candidate must have excellent capacity of relationship building.
Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate should be a graduate in any discipline. Any other qualification/degree in sales and marketing will be an added advantage. He / She should have minimum 3-4 years of experience as a team leader – online sales. The person should have the ability to work independently or with limited supervision. Candidate will be dealing with Indian/Domestic market.
