Web developers:

·Should have good knowledge and experience of PHP.

·SQL server/ MySQL/ Oracle

·Drupal/ Majento/ Core PHP

·SEO/SEM/SMO

·XML/ Javascript/Jquery

·Logically strong and concepts should be clear

·Minimum Exp of 5 yrs

·Strong Leadership Qualities

·Good personality and communication skills



Web designers:

·Should have good knowledge and experience of Adobe Photoshop.

·HTML5, Javascript, CSS, Flash

·Adobe Dreamweaver and Coreldraw

·SEO/SEM/SMO

·JQuery

·Minimum Experience of 5 yrs
