Job Description :
- Manage Visitors at Reception and handling EPABX Calls
- Manage Security Guards, Office Boys, Electrician and HK Staff
- Manage Office Meeting and Booking Venue
- Courier Daily Analysis for Outgoing and ensure distribution of Incoming Courier
- Cab, Railway and Air Ticker Booking as per approvals.
- To maintain and process Attendance Card Forget Register, On Project Register, and Leave Application in Attendance Sheet.
- Ensuring proper functioning of Tea Coffee Machine, Water Supplies,etc
- Overall housekeeping of office premises including Gardener, Carpentry works, House Keeping
- Ensuring smooth functioning and cleaning of Office Equipments like CCTV, Fire Extinguishers, Printer, Fax, Photocopier, Extension working.
- Responsible for Processing Admn Vendor bills i.e. Housekeeping, Security, Cab, Pest Control etc.
Technical Competencies:
Knowledge of Computers and Administration Work
Behavioral Competencies:
Coordination Skills, Good Personality, Diplomatic
