Duties and responsibilities
• Primary responsibility is to consult those prospects that are researching for their new car purchase in-person and communicate with them throughout their buying cycle - right from the initial research until purchase.
• Deliver a world-class brand experience with prompt communication and service delivery at every stage in the buying cycle.
• Understand the needs and preferences of prospects and assist them in their decision-making process with relevant information ensure timely service delivery of price quotes and test drives as per the benchmarks set out.
• Preparing and delivering sales presentations in corporate offices if required.
Key skills and Competencies
• Developing new clients through references from old clients and relishing the detail.
• Building and maintaining positive working relationships with key decision makers.
• Confident and able to take the initiative and getting feedback from customers.
• Able to communicate verbally in a pleasant and polite manner.
• Excellent after sales service ensuring the customer has had a good experience.
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
Eligibility: BA/BBA/MBA/PGDM - Any Graduate having experience of Car Sales
